dell' acquisto. Qualsiasi intervento non preventivamente concordato
quali; restauri, danneggiamenti e riparazioni, anche se non
esplicitamente descritti in questa pagina, fa decadere immediatamente la
garanzia.

Guaranty covers
what described on web and what in effect has been bought. This means
that guaranty confirms the originality of the fossil and its state upon
purchase. Other interventions not previously agreed upon such as
restorations, damges or repairs, even if not mentioned in this page,
will immediately cancel the guaranty

restituzione del materiale acquistato è ammessa nei primi dieci giorni seguenti
la ricezione dello stesso. Solo a restituzione avvenuta verrà effettuato il
rimborso al netto delle spese di spedizione. In ogni caso la restituzione del
fossile è a carico del acquirente

Returns can be done
up to 10 days following the delivery of the item. Net refund of sum
including the delivery charges, is done solely upon return. In any case
return of the fossil is to be debited to the purchaser.

- Nel caso in cui un esperto
del settore certifichi per iscritto su carta intestata e firmata la non
corrispondenza dell’oggetto acquistato con quanto decritto nella relativa pagina
del sito, garantisco il rimborso totale comprese le spese per la restituzione
dell’oggetto. Anche in questo caso il rimborso è vincolato alla
restituzione dell’oggetto nelle esatte condizioni in cui questo è stato spedito.

In case an expert
can prove in writing on a signed letterhead that the object doesn’t
correspond to the description on web, total refund including delivery
charges are guaranteed. Even in this case, refund is bound by the return
of the object, in the same conditions at the time of delivery.
